I am Cecilia Mc Nab Sherally born in Rehoboth.Finish my school education in 1983.I dedicate my life to the Lord in1995.I realize I have a passion to be the VOICE for the voiceless.I join Politics in 2003 and become the Deputy Mayor in our Town and try with my team to improve our peoples dignity by remove them from schacks and build permanent structures.Their is still a major need.My dream is to empower our community to not just wait for handouts but to believe they can do it themselves .My passion is to empower leaders to make to transform our communities.I believe we can do it.
