Personal Mission Statement
A self-motivated and confident young woman with a wide understanding and experience of working with youth and communities on social development issues including Advocacy, HIV/AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Entrepreneur Life skills education. I also have a keen interest in Advocacy particularly around youth activism at the national level and to excel in all fields providing services, sharing knowledge and contributing to the fulfilment of the organizational goals and objectives by applying my knowledge and experience.
Experience in working with young people in conducting comprehensive HIV prevention interventions using interactive methodologies.
Social development professional with hands-on experience in overseeing strategic and programme coordination as well as community mobilization, specifically in HIV and AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Gender and Youth Development.
Demonstrated experience in community development and advocacy in health and governance
Proven experience in establishing and leading on partnerships and working with government ministries (Ministry of Health, Education and Youth), local authorities, civil society groups, young people.

Provided oversight for all technical and operational activities and staff with an aim to achieve program objectives.
Oversaw SUN TA activities developed in collaboration with the Regional Manager and the District Technical Officers in response to the needs and priorities articulated in the district work plans.
Supported selected districts to reach coverage targets forward and communities.
- Ensured adherence to compliance with DAI systems and donor rules and regulations.
- Ensured a 90 % Burn rate for the seven government line ministries at the district level and supported the delivery of programs using the provincial plan.
- Maintained the effective and sustainable mutual partnership between USAID SUN TA and GRZ at Provincial Nutrition Coordinating Committee, District Nutrition Coordinating Committee & Ward Nutrition Coordinating Committee.
