My names are Pastor Maxmillian Chiluba Nyondo from kasempa northwest province of Zambia, Living and pastoring in a community where there is high school drop out, high poverty rate, high teenage pregnancy, high alcohol abuse by men, women and youths, high HIV rates, high divorce rates and early marriages God gave a vision of how the community can be transformed while worshipping with people in the community. God gave a vision of opening a skills school where different skills like tailoring, chartering, bricklaying, carpentry, welding and small business skills which are connected to agriculture like chicken,goat,pig farm and vegetables fruits garden. This will help the community to be an active with skilled people and that will bring a reduction in those wrong and evil practice mentioned above, and because of that the community will be saved and transformed. In conclusion with that vision I believe will have a healthy community which is very active and skilled. And some people have that desire to venture in those kinds business and some have skills which can push them above but they lack proper training which can sharpen them. And biggest aim is to train people to leaders who will be able to reproduce or train others .
