My name is Francis Nthei. I am currently living in Machakos county Kenya. I am 34 years old. My vision is to see good leaders in my community who are responsible and faithful to their calling. I am trying to get good leadership skills and develop and at the same time train other leaders to become more effective and work together to achieve our goals. My passion is to see develop a group of leaders over the next 5 years. This will be possible when I give my best - my time, resources and lead by example. I will take the good values the group has and develop them further and come up with solutions to the challenges in our community.
