my name is Sheila Lisa Ndala ,am 35 years old. i live in area 25 Lilongwe Malawi, am Malwian. My passion is helping women and children who face different abuses in their lives, especially those who were raped and the ones who run away from home because of facing domestic violence and married at an early stage due to lack of peace mind and also married women who are mentally and physically abused which in turn make them look down on themselves. My vision is going around the schools in my community and homes to offer guidance and counselling to those who have been sexually abused and harrased both physically ,emotionally and mentally so that they start believing in themselves again. Reminding them they are beautiful and they can take charge of their own lives , learn and heal from their pain, giving them a ray of hope so that they can stand up and help those who are also facing the same situation and break the chain of silence, boosting their self-esteem, confidence and awareness. letting them know that they are not weak but strong. My dreams are to their voice, giving a voice to the voiceless.
