My name is Chisomo Mervis Lupoka, I am 29 years old, I stay in Lilongwe, Likuni specific and I am a teacher by profession. I am so passionate about young children with the age ranges of 5 to 12 or 13. Most children of that age in rural areas they drop out of due to a lot of reasons and some of them are due positive reinforcement and encouragement. These children when they see older people that dropped out of school they sometimes feel like dropping out of school is good and some government schools find it a problem to followup on every learner's progress due to the large numbers of children in a classroom. So as a leader and a teacher I would like to help those school children who do not have anyone to motivate them or give them a positive reinforcement, I would like to help them learn and understand all the school work that they are finding problems with to make their school easy and enjoyable, I would like to have an organisation that can help these children.
