Nice to meet you...

My name is Jones Singini, the Project Leader and I am overseeing South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland. My vision for South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland is to reach out to untapped leaders and empower underdeveloped individuals, enabling them to bring about transformative change within their communities in a comprehensive manner. My life goals are heightening the awareness of the importance and value of the designated goals in myself and those around me. Encouraging the leaders to transcend self-interests for the good of the Team and activating the leaders' higher order needs to as to articulate an inspiring vision and be a role model in attaining the vision. Just to add: The most meaningful way to succeed is to help other people succeed, to advance a vision or an idea or a project that is bigger than me. The bigger I aim there, the more focus on doing something that is going to benefit others. Then the more likely I am going to be productive in producing something that's also going to achieve success in everybody on the Team
